Garnet Trade and Eximus technology agreement announcement: Strategic $2 Million Eximus Alliance Anchors Garnet Trade's Digital Roadmap

Garnet Trade, a financial markets business operating internationally, has entered into a technology partnership with Eximus worth $2 million, a move aligned with its strategic priority of reinforcing its technical backbone and elevating the digital trading proposition. The scope of the deal spans the build-out of Garnet Trade’s CRM platform alongside technology workstreams tied to Garnet Private, which is framed as a trading interface offering an alternative to MT5.

London, United Kingdom: With technology taking on an ever larger role in how trading is experienced and how operations are run across the financial sector, Garnet Trade is scaling up its technology investment agenda.

Via the Eximus deal, valued at $2 million, the company intends to assemble a more connected, scalable technology ecosystem built for the future, covering both the digital systems investors use and the operational infrastructure that runs internally.

The partnership is framed as a cornerstone technology investment underpinning Garnet Trade’s strategy for international expansion.

Garnet Private Sits at the Heart of the Investment Thesis

Garnet Private stands out as one of the central pillars of the deal.

Built by Garnet Trade to offer investors a distinctive way of trading digitally, Garnet Private is set to be positioned as a trading interface serving as an alternative to MT5.

With Garnet Private, Garnet Trade intends to shape the digital journey investors take into financial markets so that it reflects its proprietary brand identity and technology roadmap.

The development programme will concentrate on user experience, technical performance, systems integration and scalability, among other areas.

Rather than treating Garnet Private as merely another trading interface, Garnet Trade regards it as a foundational element of the wider digital ecosystem it intends to construct over the long run.

Agreement Scope Extends to CRM Infrastructure

A further significant pillar of the Eximus partnership is the enhancement of Garnet Trade’s CRM infrastructure.

Within the terms of the deal, the company plans to upgrade the technology that underpins investor relations and operational workflows, tighten the connections between its various systems and put in place a more scalable architecture able to absorb rising operational demand.

Garnet Trade sees developing its investor-facing digital interfaces in tandem with its back-end operational systems as a key plank of its long-range technology agenda.

Toni Jovanovski: “Our Investment Is Directed at Tomorrow’s Digital Ecosystem”

Garnet Trade chief executive Toni Jovanovski said the Eximus deal, worth $2 million, goes beyond upgrading the company’s current technology infrastructure, characterising it as a significant milestone in Garnet Trade’s long-range digital transformation strategy.

Reflecting on the deal, Jovanovski stated:

“We do not view our $2 million agreement with Eximus as simply a technology investment. Through this partnership, we aim to build the foundation for Garnet Trade’s next phase of digital transformation. From our CRM systems to Garnet Private, we want to create a more integrated, scalable and adaptable digital ecosystem across every point where our investors interact with Garnet Trade.”

Jovanovski observed that rivalry within the financial sector is increasingly determined not just by what firms sell, but by the underlying technology and the quality of user experience supporting it.

“Technology is no longer simply a supporting element in financial services; it has become a fundamental part of the user experience. For this reason, we are developing our technological infrastructure not only around today’s requirements, but also with the scale we aim to achieve in the future in mind. Garnet Private will be one of the most important projects reflecting this approach.”

Scalable Technology Platform to Enable Global Expansion

Garnet Trade frames the Eximus agreement as one component of a long-horizon technology strategy engineered to advance its international growth ambitions.

The company holds that, as it broadens its footprint across multiple markets, the capacity of its technology infrastructure to scale in step will be a decisive factor in delivering sustainable growth in the financial sector.

Consistent with this strategy, Garnet Trade intends to keep channelling investment into its digital infrastructure, notably trading technologies, CRM systems, systems integration and Garnet Private.

Chief executive Toni Jovanovski further stressed that the company’s international growth ambitions and its technology investment will keep advancing side by side, as Garnet Trade seeks to build infrastructure engineered not only for present operational needs and equally for the scale it aims to reach down the line.

The $2 million Eximus technology deal marks a significant stage in Garnet Trade’s strategy of building a proprietary digital ecosystem, widening its investment in trading technologies and underpinning its operations abroad with a more robust, scalable technology infrastructure.
